The Pilates system is a brilliant blend of movements that have low impact on the joints and connective tissue, while yielding high impact benefits and results for muscular strength and flexibility. The Tower class incorporates classic Pilates mat exercises and Yoga postures with resistance springs and bars to gain greater strength, flexibility, and balance. Participants will experience challenging core engagement, deep stretching, and invigorating release throughout the body. Perfect for students of all levels. Also safe and of great benefit for people with injuries or range of motion limitations.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you have a class package and late cancel within 24 hours prior to your class start time, you will lose the credit from your package. If you paid for a single class and late cancel within 24 hours prior to your class start time, you will not be reimbursed for the class cost. LATE POLICY: Students must be in their assigned class no later than 10 minutes after the start time. No student will be permitted to join after this time and will forfeit payment for that class. SIGN-UP POLICY: To guarantee your spot in any class, please reserve in advance online. Unfortunately, any class with less than 2 participants is subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. REFUNDS & TRANSFERS: All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you make a purchase, be sure to note the expiration date and use all sessions before that date. We will not extend the expiration date.
