Cardio Pilates Reformer Jump Board is a fast-paced Reformer workout that keeps your heart rate up while building and toning your body as only Pilates can. The class puts special emphasis on the Reformer’s Jump Board to keep students in constant motion and energized from start to finish. This class is for the conditioned student, taught at a faster pace and jumping for a minimum of 30-40 minutes. This class is appropriate for all levels.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you have a class package and late cancel within 24 hours prior to your class start time, you will lose the credit from your package. If you paid for a single class and late cancel within 24 hours prior to your class start time, you will not be reimbursed for the class cost. LATE POLICY: Students must be in their assigned class no later than 10 minutes after the start time. No student will be permitted to join after this time and will forfeit payment for that class. SIGN-UP POLICY: To guarantee your spot in any class, please reserve in advance online. Unfortunately, any class with less than 2 participants is subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. REFUNDS & TRANSFERS: All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you make a purchase, be sure to note the expiration date and use all sessions before that date. We will not extend the expiration date.
