Service Description
The BODYHOO Studio is perfect for rehearsals and workshops. The space offers wood floors, full length mirrors, natural light, Bluetooth speaker, and is climate controlled. In addition, renters have access to our dressing rooms and 2 bathrooms. Specifications: Dimensions - 667 square feet (37 feet long by 18 feet wide) Ceiling height - 10 feet 9 inches *Some places are slightly lower due to ceiling beams. Rental Rates: ​ Rehearsal 1 person/solo - $15 per hour 2+ people - $20 per hour Privates/Workshops Private Client Session - $25 per hour Group Workshops *Call for rental rates NO heels or percussive shoes permitted in the studio. Food and beverages, with the exception of bottled water, are not allowed in the studio. Once your booking request has been accepted, an invoice will be sent. Payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice. If payment has not been received within 48 hours of the invoice, the booking will be cancelled. Payment must be received prior to the booking start time if requested within the 48 hour period. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you have reserved the studio and late cancel within 24 hours prior to your rental start time, you will not be reimbursed for the rental cost.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you have a class package and late cancel within 24 hours prior to your class start time, you will lose the credit from your package. If you paid for a single class and late cancel within 24 hours prior to your class start time, you will not be reimbursed for the class cost. If you have an Unlimited package, you will be charged a $15 late cancel/no show fee. LATE POLICY: Students must be in their assigned class no later than 10 minutes after the start time. No student will be permitted to join after this time and will forfeit payment for that class. SIGN-UP POLICY: To guarantee your spot in any class, please reserve in advance online. Unfortunately, any class with less than 2 participants is subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. REFUNDS & TRANSFERS: All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you make a purchase, be sure to note the expiration date and use all sessions before that date. We cannot extend the expiration date.
