Studio Rental
The BODYHOO Studio is perfect for rehearsals and workshops. The space offers wood floors, full length mirrors, natural light, Bluetooth speaker, and is climate controlled. In addition, renters have access to our dressing rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Dimensions - 667 square feet (37 feet long by 18 feet wide)
Ceiling height - 10 feet 9 inches *Some places are slightly lower due to ceiling beams.
Rental Rates:
Rehearsal
1 person/solo - $15 per hour
2+ people - $20 per hour
Aerial Point Rental - $30/hour per person
Aerial Apparatus Rental (Lyra, Silks, Hammock, Trapeze) - $10/hour per person
Privates/Workshops
Private Client Session - $25 per hour
Group Workshops *Call for rental rates

Rental Policies:
NO heels or percussive shoes permitted in the studio.
COVID POLICIES:

Masks are optional. We encourage anyone who wants to wear a mask to class to do so and we ask our BODYHOO community to be caring and mindful of one another.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, we request that you stay home and cancel any upcoming reservations as soon as possible:
Fever of 99.5 F or higher, cough, headache, body aches, chills, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of smell and/or taste, fatigue.

As per CDC guidelines, clients must cancel any bookings for 5 days following a positive COVID test. If this results in a late cancellation (within 24 hours of a booking), we require proof of the negative COVID test in order to credit the class session back to your account. We require proof of a negative test prior to returning to the studio.
PAYMENT:
Please submit a booking request through our booking calendar. If you wish to book more than one 1-hour slot, please submit multiple requests for back-to-back slots. Once your booking request has been accepted, an invoice will be sent. Payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice. If payment has not been received within 48 hours of the invoice, the booking will be cancelled. Payment must be received prior to the booking start time if requested within the 48 hour period.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you have reserved the studio and late cancel within 24 hours prior to your rental start time, you will not be reimbursed for the rental cost.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS:
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
FOOD & BEVERAGES:
Food and beverages, with the exception of bottled water, are not allowed in the studio.
AGE LIMITATIONS:
Anyone 16 years and older is permitted. All participants under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them on their first visit to to complete our Parental Consent Form and present a government-issued photo ID.
